Element: Develop components of reliability strategy for a work or plant area
  • Read and interpret manufacturer’s recommended inspection, servicing and related schedules for relevant plant
  • Communicate inspections, services and schedules to stakeholders
  • Discuss any conflicts and seek resolution of conflicts
  • Develop schedules in liaison with stakeholders
  • Identify inspections and servicing which may be done by operations personnel in liaison with stakeholders

  • Identify overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and organisation targets for equipment
  • Evaluate procedures for equipment reliability implications
  • Discuss current practices with stakeholders to determine equipment reliability implications

Assessment Tasks
